Our basic curriculum brings you in 4 blocks (each Friday and Saturday) to the Schema Therapy basic training according to the ISST guidelines. This basic curriculum is the basis for certification, see here:
In the first workshop ST1 of the curriculum you will learn about the concept of schema therapy, the different schemas, coping styles and the mode concept. Furthermore, the specific elements of schema-therapeutic relationship building will be introduced: limited parental care, setting boundaries, empathic confrontation, and appropriate self-disclosure.
