Introductory workshop

This is about the tension between a therapy and coaching - when can a client benefit from coaching, what do I have to consider as a therapist and of course:

As a therapist, do I want to actively offer coaching and what do I need to be equipped to do so?

For this purpose, I will present the basics of coaching as a systemic acad. coach, introduce them to the different approaches and, of course, practical exercises will not be neglected!

After this workshop they will be able to:

• Understand the idea of coaching.
• they will have experienced the essential differences from therapy that are important to them and their clients.
• you will take the first tools with you, e.g. to be able to conduct initial interviews with confidence

Who is this curriculum aimed at?

This training is primarily aimed at therapists who would like to acquire additional competence in the field of coaching.

Prerequisites for Participation:

Psychotherapists registered or in training under supervision

clinical psychologists

Physicians with psy3 and specialists for psychiatry with therap. training
